Hardware Err 0h

Tried to use new DLT type IV tapes from Imation and all new tapes caused my drives to go off line during inventory. I have replaced them with Maxell tapes, but now my DLT will not pass the 'Self Test' I get 'Device Failed' and 'hardware err 0h'

Try cleaning tape drive and running diags . If diags fail have tape drive replaced .
