DL580G3, This server reboots twice in a week with a blue dump error code 05, psp and firmwares are updated to the latest(7.7), still the problem is not solved, There is a commen error message in event logs mentioned below,
The description for Event ID ( 9 ) in Source ( cpqcissm ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. The following information is part of the event: \Device\Scsi\cpqcissm3.
Can anybody suggest me what can be done
regards
Karthik

Re: Hello All need help
hi Karthik,
at least EventID 9 means that a timeout has occured (check for further details --> http://www.eventid.net/display.asp?eventid=9&eventno=2157&source=cpqcissm&phase=1)
u should circle the source of the issue! upgrading FW to latest versions (think thats clear and allready done)
next u should test the system by running SmartStart HW Diagnostics. Second, take a look into the IML Log (Integrated Management Log) and check if there are any HW Issues or Bluescreen Codes logged.
U also can analyse the dumps which will be written from MS OS by using eg. WinDebug.
Hope this brings you forward to circle the issue
rg, mike
