Help! ESL 712e I cant manage!

I have an ESL 712e thats been acting up lately. Now I am unable to use command view to manage it.

When I try to access the website I get HP Command View TL should load shortly. If not, click here. which is normal.

Then it tries to load up and I get: Network Error (tcp_error). And basically the site wont load.

I can get a ping response from the library though.

Ive tried power cycling it and nothing. Any ideas what could be going wrong or how to fix this?

For some reason my Command View server install was corrupt, even though it appeared fine.

Re-install of Command view and now I can see and manage the library.
