Hi everybody

I have a new hp SDLT 220 Tape drive attached to hp ML370 G4 server using veritas as backup software It worked for some now when ever I issue the backup command even windows backup it will rewind the tape but give hardware error when it is time to write the data on It.with veritas the tape drive will reject the tape. any help?
