How 20/700 Library count the number of clean

Hi everyone
My customer has a 20/700 Library with 2 Ultrium LTO drives.

I have enabled Auto Clean for 2 monthes ,but the number of clean is still zero.

Why it didn't count the number of clean?

Library firmware is 2.36
LTO firmware is 17EX

It is certainly possible that the drives have never required cleaning yet. The drives have a built-in self cleaning function, so the need for a cleaning tape is a secondary measure.
The journey IS the reward.
