How can I reuse a tape after LTT has been run?

Tape is unrecognizable, Can't erase, format nothing. Using Veritas on a Win SBS2003.

You need to reinizialize, reformat or reprepare the tape (depending how your application call this) via your backup application, this is because the block size and format may be different between different applications
