How do I update firmware remotely

I have responsibility for 115 servers across the US with many different tape drive/tape libraries (DLT 35/70, DLT 40/80, TL891,etc). I was wanting to know if firmware/applications were available so I could update either remotely or from inside Windows NT like the new BIOS and drive array firmware now allows me to do.
