How to create a FUP tape for an other DDS drive ?

Can I create a FUP tape with a Compaq DDS3 drive(EOD003/SDT-9000) using the firmware tape creator on HPLTT to update the firmware of a DDS4 drive (C5683) ? If yes, how can I do that ?

Or, can someone create a FUP tape (Firmware Update Tape) for my C5683 DDS4 drive ?
I can't use L&TT for it ! (problem with bad flashed firmware)

I think you can try to call the HP support and ask them to create a FUP Tape.
