How to look up product # from serial #?

I came across two HP advisories that certain MSL 6030 libraries are affected by a speed limitation. I know the S/N of our two MSL6030 libraries and would like to look up the product # so I can determine if our libraries are affected.
The advisories I'm referring to are:
