You mean the robotic arm? It moves along a track that is fixed to the library floor. The spare part contains this track and the head with the bar code reader and picker.
You should take a look at the maintenance and service guide.

You are correct but where can i get the service manual? i could not find them in docs.hp.com

It's possible and not a magic task.
On some newer models it might be not possible due to the hardware design - you need to exchange the whole box.
Anyway, I would suggest to contact the support and let them do the task.
