How to take database backup using DAT160

[resolve of disks fails]

Hi I have installed new scsi based DAT160 to rx6600 in isocan it showing device is claimed everything is fine,if we fire Ignite backup that is also successfully completed ,but when I m trying to take on-line database backup its giving error "mirror software not found" and asking for reboot to go head I have attached the print screen O/P pls let me know what might be the issue.Database is Oracle 10g
