Hp MSL2024 not listed in the Device Manager

Hi,

My tape Library MSL2024 not detect in the device Manager.  Library connected through FC HBA so I checked HP San Surfer and check the target list it shows Ultriam SCSI devices & display the port ID status.

I don't know what's the problem it's OS related or Hardware Issue?

Hi Ram,
Sounds like Driver related issue.
Is it resolved?
Did tape drives and Robotics both were not detected in Device Manager?
Did you checked the status through L&TT tool ?
