IBM TS3100 autoloader on HP Smart Array P800

We have installed IBM TS3100 on HP DL380 G5 server with Smart Array P800 host controller.
But in the system manager we can't see autoloader device only drive device.
IBM Tech support was says there is problem of driver of host controller.
Anybody have simulation problem or know how to solve it?

You should not plug a tape drive into a smart array controller. Smart Array do not support tape drives.

I presume this is a SAS tape drive, the correct card is SC44Ge Host Bus Adapter 416096-B21.
