Is there a low level reset?

Hi, I have taken over the installation of a minilibrary to connect to A DL380 server. However i am getting a 300F error on the tapelibrary and all it is allowing me to do is power cycle the library. I am pretty sure that there is a conflict between the scsi id within the library but i cant get to the configuration screen to change it, is there any way i can do a low level reset of the library back to its factory settings (similar to clearing the cmos in a pc)?
