JUMBO 350 win 98

I have a Jumbo 350 (DJ35) that I have put to the place of a floppy disk
under windows 98, microsoft backup ver 4.10.1397 does not find this tape recorder
Give me the process to install
when I use hp tapecat.exe software we have no problem.
win95 msbackup find Jumbo!

Your Floppy controller may not be compatible with win 98 and the Jumbo family. Try support on the HP site for end of life drives. Sorry
