L&TT 3.4 SR1a error 1612

I have L&TT 3.4 installed on a win98 stand alone PC working fine, no internet conncection etc. I have downloaded L&TT 3.4SR1a on another PC & put onto a SCSI HDD. Reboot the Win98 PC with SCSI HDD. This processhas been used previously with success on lower revisions of L&TT.
I uninstall v3.4 as required by the upgrade package and during the installation of v3.4 SR1a the Floppy drive spins and I receive the message:
" Error 1612 The installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the source exists & that you can access it"

Any one got any clue what I am doing wrong please? Any assistance will be appreciated.

Further info -
Sorted, I was copying the L&TT executable for Win2000 along with the Firmware & Scripts folders Oops!
