L&TT wont work with NetWare 6.x

I've tried using Library & Tape Tools for NetWare 3.5 SR1 with the following versions of NetWare:

6.0 SP3
6.5 SP2

When I load 'hp_ltt' the screen flickers for a second but I don't get the additional screen for tape tools appear. If I check the logger screen it shows that module hp_ltt loaded ok. However, if I then issue a 'modules hp_ltt' at the server console nothing is listed.

Has anyone seen this problem, if so, what do I need to do to fix?
