Did you perform the checks suggested by kunalsahoo in the first post already?

Check the connectivity between switch ans server, switch and NSR. Check if the zoning is configured and active. Finally check the NSR mapping again. Does the tape appear as unknown devices in device manager?

tanks for help
I check the all resources said you. but no any error I see.
Does not the tape appear as unknown devices in device manager.
in devices manager appear only one tape LTO4.
note: on the library controller card when the connect see 2 tape drive wiht apart serial number .

Can you see both drives in the NSR discovery menu?

No on the NSR Not detect 2 tape drive .
only one tape drive detect.

Please describe the cabling in detail.

If you swap the connection tape <-> NSR, can you see the same or the other drive?

You have both drives on the same bus - this is bad performance wise.

Cable like this:

NSR port 1 -> Library controller -> drive 1 -> terminator

NSR port 2 -> drive 2 -> terminator

Do this with power off.

After this, check and adjust the mapping again.
