LTO Autoloader how to unlock door..?

We have a Storageworks 1/8 Ultrium autoloader which seems to work fine.

can anyone tell me how to remove and load tapes easialy (for offsite storage) as this seems more of a dificulty. .

The LCD panel keeps saying the door is locked..
when i ask it to export a tape it deletes the tapes name from B/E, and the "eject tape after job completes" option dosnt work either.
There must be a simple option to eject tape..??

in BE go to devices and click on robotic library's. Right click on the first entry below robotic library and choose unlock. Say yes a few times and it will be unlocked
