LTT hang?

Hello,

we have a problem with LTT v4.1sr1 which is installed on W2003 Server Standard Edition SP1 which is backup server with Data Protector v5.5. Two storage is presented to server (MA8000 and EVA8000) and two libraries (MSL5052 and MSL6060). It's SAN environment with apropriate zoning (Single Initiator). HBA is Emulex with driver Storport Miniport Driver v5.1.11.101. During the inital hardware scan it finds all of the hardware but never completes the scan, it just keeps scanning forever and hang.

Any ideas??

What is the make of the HBAs.

Just ensure compatibilty from the matrix avaiable at -

Yes that was the problem. LTT could not work with Storport driver only with SCSIport in our configuration of SAN and Library/Storage. When I install SCSIport everything works just fine.
