Library C7145 - Back Magazine is not usually recognized

Hey Pro's,

Please support me. I have a problem with my library C7145. The Back Magazine most of the time is not recognized even though it is in the loader. Sometimes helping a restart of the Library and the server. Approximately every 3 Reboot works.

• The HP Tape Tools (4.14SR1) report no error when testing "Device Analysis"

• The HP Tape Tools (4.14SR1) report the following error when testing "Library Exerciser"

I/O Exception (Sense Key: 5, Sense Code: 0x3B12 - 'Medium magazine removed')

• The Library is the only device on the SCSI bus
• Bay 1-6 in the Library's Front Magazine work without any problems

Configuration:

• SBS 2008
• Backup Exec 12.5 (all Patches)
• Symantec Drivers
• C7145 with HP Ultrium 1 / both on latest Firmware (According to TapeTools)
• HP DL380 G6
• LSI-1030IT HP Build
