I had no problem with the 4 of MSLs we have until I upgraded the firmware from 1.80 to 1.91 an then to 2.40.
The problems are errors with the robot.
Looks like I'll have to downgrade.
Any known problems and solutions?

Re: MSL 2024
There are currently no known issues with the firmware revision 2.40. Please send me you the exact error codes that you encounter after upgrading to 2.40 from 1.80. Also(as a note), the first official HP release following 1.80 was 2.00 (since 1.91 is only a bridge code). I you still need to downgrade, please try 2.00 first. Please keep in touch with me, and I should be able to help you work through this issue.
Regards,
Tom Gregory, HP

Re: MSL 2024
I don't have a rar decoder. Please use zip files. Thank you. What is the Serial Number of your MSL 2024?
Thanks.

Re: MSL 2024
I am still studying your LTT files. Thank you. I do notice that your LTO Gen 2 drives a at an older firmware revision (S39W). The newest version is S54W. Since S39W, this firmare has been release S3BW, S53W and the latest is S54W. I don't know if this is could be related to your issue, but up grading these drives will definately clear other known issues.

Re: MSL 2024
I see now that you are already at S54W.
Sorry to trouble you with my last reply.
