MSL 4048 Can't access to the RMI [solved]

Hi everyone,

We recently bought an MSL 4048. We have configured the network and the admin password like asked.

The password is Ok, and when we make a ping of the MSL4048's IP Address, we have a correct answer.

Then, we tryed to access to the Remote Management Interface by open an HTML browser and enter the IP address in the browser's address bar.. but we are redirected to an index blank page (http://x.x.x.x/index.htm), and not the login page.

If we turn off the librairy, and try again to access with the same IP Address, we correctly have the message "Page can't be displayed".

Is anyone can tell me how i can get the RMI ?

Problem solved.

(It was just a security configuration setting only present on win2012server).
