MSL 5030 with 60 slots

If I want to purchase a 5030 model but need 60 slots do I have to order the 5060 with just 2 drives to do this??

Yes,

The MSL5060 model is the library you are looking for.

It is one of the following models:

MSL5060, 2 DRV, Ultrium 230, TT Library 301900-B21 (tower model)
MSL5060, 2 DRV, Ultrium 230, RM Library 301899-B22 (rack mountable)
MSL5060, 2 DRV, Ultrium 230, embedded Fibre, RM Library 301899-B23 (rack mountable with NSR fiber adapter).
