Hi Navaneet,

you send again the same data as before, I would like to see the mapping and configuration of your NRS.
To collect these logs, you have to connect the lan cable to the NSR, open a brouwser windows, then type the ip address of the NSR (you can see it via serial cable is you do not know)
when you see the main page of the webserver from the NSR, you will see on the left menu there is the possibility to select "report'.
click on this menu, and save it

Hi Navaneet,
Could you give up try reconfiguring.

1. Save the existing NSR configuration

2.In ports menu --> FC port: change the following.
Discovery mode : auto discouvery
Default Map :Auto assigned map

2. In mapping Menu set Map to Auto assigned.

3. Save the configuration and restart the NSR/Library.

4. check whether devices are sensed from OS point of view.

can you give me the exact part number of your MSL 6030

Hey Navneet,

1. Check for the compatibility of the HBA card.
www.hp.com/go/ebs
refer to compatibility matrix. Such issues are seen if you are not using a compatible card

2. Update BIOS, PSP and Fmware of the HBA

3. Install latest driver from hp.com

I strongly believe step1 should solve...
