MSL2024 and DL380 G3
Hi guys,
I've got a HP Proliant DL380 with an MSL2024 tape library attached to the standard in built arrary controller (smart array 5i?)
Now, the drive only detects as a single drive and cannot be used as an autoloaded.
From reading various posts it sounds like the drive needs a new SCSI card.
Could someone please give me a part number for a suitable SCSI card for a DL380 G3 that can run this tape library properly? (and any other parts like riser cards i'd need?)
Many thanks
Luke

Re: MSL2024 and DL380 G3
Hi,
According to the QuickSpecs of the machine here:
http://h18000.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/11473_div/11473_div.html
you'd need this card:
64-Bit/133-MHz Dual Channel Ultra320 SCSI Adapter 268351-B21
Hope this helps,
Regards,
Rob
