MSL2024 - telnet interface

Hello,

is there a way to secure the telnet interface of the MSL2024 library? For instance setting a password, or completely disabling it.
Per default you do not need to logon to read out the library, and this behaviour is not wanted.

hi,

the network is enabled always by default even if you reset the library to factory defaults, you could try taking out the ip address/disable dhcp or giving it an unreachable address/mask/gateway combo, or pull out the network cable !

Hi Karsten,
why not block the telnet ports on your network switch for the port that serves the library. this way you can still use the password enabled web gui.
