Parallel SCSI can seem confusing but it's not as bad as it looks. Which connector of the two connectors on the drive connects to what doesn't matter. Just get the terminator connected to one connector and the cable to the HBA connected to the other connector.

The proper cabling is that every SCSI connector on the back of the library has to be used. For each drive there are two connectors. One of the connectors has to go to an HBA and the other needs a terminator. In your config that would mean two cables to the host and two terminators.
There is a method called 'daisy-chaining' where more than one drive can be connected to an HBA but I don't recommend doing that.
