MSL4048 Netware

I'm having some issues getting an MSL 4048 talking to a Netware 6.0 SP5 box. I'm using a HP FC1243 dual port fiber card. I can see the library thru the fiber cards bios setup/scan fiber channel utility, so it's not a cabling issue. I've update the firmware on the 2 tape drives and the library to the latest rev's and applied the latest Netware NSS.

The server and library have both been rebooted properly. The library comes up with no problems. I try to do a "scan for new devices" in Netware and then a "List storage adapters". It will show me the 2 fiber ports but it does not see the tape drives. Does anyone have any insight as to what could possibly be the problem?
