MSL4048 and Backup Exec 12.5

Hi
Is there anyone who has some experience on configuring the HP MSL4048 with Backup Exec 12.5?
Block size
Buffer size
Buffer count
High water count

I am trying to improve the throughput when backing up virtual machines running on ESX hosts.

Default should be fine please attach a support tiket using LTT and take a look at this.
