MSL5020 Frimware URGENT!

I need to update the firmware in my MSL5026! The library is connectet to a SUN/Solaris host.

The manual says:
'The MSL5000 series libraries can be flashed using the Remote Management Interface or the MSL5000Util.exe diagnostic utility and diagnostic cable.'

I have two BIG problems;
1) I can not log in to the Remote Management Interface - It keeps telling me the password is invalid. I have tried to change level-1, level-2 and the service passwords but nothing works!

2) I have the cable, but where *** is the program!! I have search all Compaq's and HP's websites and even the whole Internet, but it does not seem to exist.

What should i do!

Hi Frederik,

Use the MSL5000Util for reflashing firmware over RS232(COM port). However, this SW is for Windows only. If you have not this, I could be sent you.

It's OK,I can use Windows and a the serial cable. But where do I get the prorgram MSL5000Util.exe????????????????????
