MSL5k F/W Update Availability

Does anyone know if the non-L&TT firmware updates for MSL systems are still being updated?

I have noticed that there is a new version available via L&TT, but I have a library that is only upgradeable via a serial port download that uses the MSLUtility and that web page has not been updated since last October 2005.
