MSL6000 library - Error 0A01

Hi All,

We are getting the error 0A01, which as per the user manual can be solved by restarting the library. But it doesn't work out. Seems the mac address is causing the problem. Do anyone know how to reprogram the MAC Address? I checked with mslutil but the mac address portion is greyed out.
