MSL6030 Shuttle Jams

My MSL6030 shuttle jams periodically due to the tapes now successfully being pushed totally into the magazines. The shuttle pushes the tape into a slot in the magazine but the tape doesn't go all the way into the slot. Then the shuttle hits the tape and jams.

Has anyone experienced this? Does the shuttle need replaced or is there some sort of maintenance that needs performed on the library?

We had to change the picker (that is the name of the mech that moves the media around).

you can go to the diagnostic menu and run the shuffle test, if it fails you might have a bad picker on your hands.
