MSL6030: error - "Drive Address Not Found"

We got lots of "CRC error" before we had the drive unit replaced. Now, "CRC error" has gone, but we got "Drive Address not Found" everytime when we restore something. However, Backup went smoothly. Anyone could shed a light would be much appreciated.

by the way, we are running DP6.0 on a Windows 2003 server and we have a SAN system attached.

Perhaps the scsi id set at the backup sw or at the library are different for any drive.
