MSL6030 set library name

Hi,

Something that should be very basic but I cannot locate where to set the custom library name. When logging on to Tape Storage Management Console in Administration mode the message is displayed at the top of screen as below -

Set Name With Configuration Utility

However when I go to library configuration there is no option to set the library name. Where is this located?
