MSL6060 unload fail

MSL6060 have problem

I try unload drive 0, then try robot unload.
but can not unload media, and unload fail.

What's the problem?

Help me, plaese!!

How do you try to unload the tape, by operator panel or backup application?
if unload fails, do you get an error on the operator panel? What fault symptome code is displayed?
