Your configuration should look pretty much the same as the picture I've attached. If thats the case then you must have a fault somewhere, and you probably need to log a call.
before you do that, I would make sure you have those terminators installed. It might also be worth setting user defaults on both libraries, (obviously, you will need no re-apply any customized settings you made) - and power cycling the libraries + WAN/router.
