Magazines open automatically

Hi, I have a problem with a SSL1016 Ultrium 460 Tape Drive (330821-B21).

In the moment that I reboot de server (DL360 G4) the magazine's the doors are opened automatic.

The doors are opened when the servant is raising the operating system (Windows is starting, Preparing the Network Connections, Applying de Computer Settings, etc)

I need your help pls...
