Media Compatiblity with Surestore 9100MX
Hi,
I have installed HP Surestore 9100 MX on windows 98. It is working fine except on media C7983A 4096 bytes/sector
It is working fine on Media C7987A (1024 bytes/sector)
Please do let me know is it because of OS limitation. As I am using windows 98. I have tried to use FAT32 file system as well.
But same media is working fine if I installed on Windows 2000. But I need to install on WIndows 98 only.
Manual stated that it depends on type of OS and software... I am using same software which was supplied with surestore.
Appreciate for you prompt response
Thanks
