More information on Colorado tape drive dosn't respond
Thank you Harry,
CD ROM and tape drive are IDE drives, I tried to set CD ROM as slave, when system bootup, could not find CD ROM.
Another information I think I shoud bring it out is that I installed Backup Exec 7.0, tape drive was working, then I installed ARCserve 6.5 enterprise edition on same machine, after installation, system try to start service, but was failed, installation was not success, I couldn't uninstall ARCserve, Backup Exec dosn't work either.
I did try shut down the computer, then cool boot, system only can detect from boot, after that, no response from tape drive.
Thank you for your advise.
