Mount and Dismount commands

I am trying to use a TL891 minilibrary system with SAP. The parameter file of SAP Backup requires the naming of both a mount and dismount command to be able to use the TL891. Does anyone have a commands files/procedures for mount and dismount for NT 4.0 and SAP 46B for the TL891?

I have to suggest you call this in... I have nothing on using these in SAP itself.

I have contacted the UK support on 0845 270 4222 and found that they
cannot help. The technician was interested in Hardware problems, and because we can use the device from Veritas Backup Exec was not too interested. Is there a UK number for software/operational support? I have a question open with SAP about what parameter need setting up to communicate to the Compaq device. There is a parameter file within SAP where we can pass specific mount/dismount instructions to the Compaq device, we have no way of knowing what these instructions are. I'll let you know if we resolve this problem from SAP, but any useful advice or help would be appreciated.
