NTBackup and Universal hot plug AIT

I can?I make backups with NTBackup.
I keep getting this message:
"Required Media Missing, There is no unused media available with the selected type."
I have the latest driver installed. I?ve tried with Backup Exec 8.5 and it works.
It seems like NTBackup doesn?I find any tape in tapedrive.

I have 2 ml350 servers (one is ours, one is a clients) both have windows 2000, english sp2,
and i have the same problem....if you got to the Removebale Storage manager, then physical locations, the drive then go to drives, with a right click you can select "mark as clean" then the tape is recognized and it works....
i think it has something to do with the ml350's hardware (scsi board?) cause on a differnt server i don't have this problem.....
