That's exactly what it seems you're looking for.

Page 33 of 96 in Acrobat Reader, Section 3-2 of the document.

There's a graphic of the front panel, all the LED's are numbered, and underneath are explanations of each and of what flashing vs steady means (if appliciable). Also check the index for "lights", that sends you to a section that explains what all lights flashing means (Turn it off and on, and hope that fixes the problem). It IS a little slow loading, but take a look. If this isn't what you want, please explain a little further.
