Need to upgrade the firmware of tape drives

Hi

I have a Hp SureStore Tape Library connecte dto a N4000 Server running 11.11 OS.

HP Hardware tema suggested that the firmware can be upgraded using the HP Tape Tools Software

Please advise me with the steps and the recommended firware for these drives

For such kind of activities, HP is the correct source to advice from.

Log a case to HP and accordingly they will assist you in a right way.

The library already has the latest firmware.

For the drives download LTT + the drive fw bundle and use it.

The HP Replaced the drive which had the latested firmware
