Re: No autoch
Can you check the top NSR (usually the one that handles the robot) and see if the robot is showing up ok?
If not maybe clearing and filing the map again can help.
Next step would probably be reboot the library as you sugegst, maybe you can also check the library is properly cabled:

Re: No autoch
After the library reboot, both the NSR & the autoch came up online. The issue is do I need to manaully reboot whenever the NSR & autoch goes offline. What caused them to go offline. Is there any method of bringing them online other than a manual reboot of the library. The cables were checked & they were no issues.

SolutionI would start by making sure the NSR is running the latest and greatest firmware:
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=329290&prodSeriesId=3550729&prodNameId=1849253&swEnvOID=54&swLang=13&mode=2&taskId=135&swItem=co-74796-1
Then, make sure it is installed in the most left slot of the cardcage (if it installed next to the library controller it may overheat)
If you wish, attach an NSR report (collected from the web interface and saved using the *.mht format) and I'll check it for you.
Regards,

Re: No autoch
However, the advise above (location and firmware) is surely helpful!
Remember - always have a good config backup!
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: No autoch
# ./hp_ltt
If you don't know hoe to proceed, hit just RETURN and you will see a list of commands.
Hope this helps!

Torsten.
