Problem with HP DLT 7000 1/8

Hello,
The Library had a tape stuck in drive and then i run the TRANSLATE TEST,the OPEN DRV HANDLE and

run the UNLOCK DOOR. Then i remove the tape, and power off and on.
But now when run CHECK INVENTORY the device fail: EXERCISE TEST FAILED. ERROR 35h.
and on operator front panel displayed this:
STATUS 12345 8?
DRIVE IDLE

Before error the
char '?' not displayed.

Error code 33H is the following:

Error code 33H: Invalid configuration to run this test - This error does not indicate a problem with the library. When this error occurs the user requested a diagnostic test that required a certain starting configuration which was not met. An example would be running the unload drive test
without a tape in the drive.

When i run unload drive test without drive into library, displayed always the error hardware 33h INVALID_CONFIG.

I run the RESTORE DEFAULTS, and the LOAD/unload TEST and fail again.

The drive looks busy but not there are any cartridge into the library.

Hy guys,

I was reading these messages and I'm having a problem on the same kind of equipment... The problem here is that my tape is stuck on this tape driver and the message I get is:

Because you removed the tape yourself the cartridge door of the drive is probably not in its default position (which is closed after a power up). See if you can activate close drive door from the menu to close the door, eventually do it by hand. Try it.
