Problem with NTBackup running on a Proliant ML370 G5 with a HP StorageWorks 1/8 G2 LTO-1
Hi Guys!!
I have a customer who has a Proliant ML370 G5 with a HP StorageWorks 1/8 G2 Tape Autoloader. The customer tries to backup his data using W2K3's utility ntbackup.exe and he gets some errors.
I have run L&TT version 4.7 and every test has
been passed without any errors.
I have updated all the possibles firmwares and drivers and the problem coninues.
I attached some files with L&TT Support Ticket, some images where you can see the drivers versions and the errors from ntbackup.exe.
I will appreciate any help on this issue.
Thanks!
Javier
