I've seen that "Loading Media" reported for several hours before. As I recall it turned out to be a problem with the backup software but I'll ask around and see.

Make certain that your drive is on the latest firmware. I don't see where you mentioned what the firmware is. There have been a lot of fixes since you bought your drive.

Firmware latest possible, no changes made after firmware update.

It worked well a week after firmware update, until today it died.

Nothing on lcd display, except backgroud lights, no lights on those ready/error places.

Nothing happend when I turn it OFF/ON, no sound etc.

It sounds like your drive might have just died. Maybe there has been some sort of intermittent problem that just went to permanent.

Try disconnecting everything possible. Cables, terminator, etc. and make certain the drive is still dead. If so call tech support.
