QTM4500S DLT multi tape backup
Does anybody know how to get a HP QTM4500S to talk to a T500 running 11.00?
It seems the drive is being recognised, but the actual backup fails with I/O errors and all the mc commands fail as well.
unknown -1 0/52.1.1 NO_HW UNKNOWN Quantum TZ Media Changer
As a sideline: Does anybody have spare manuals?

Re: QTM4500S DLT multi tape backup
Looks like you need to install the appropriate driver(s) into your system kernel. Have a look at this TKB document, it should assist you.
